BD Trucount™ tubes are intended for use with appropriate BD IVD reagent products on BD FACSLyric™, BD FACSVia™, BD FACSCanto™ II, BD FACSCanto™, and BD FACSCalibur™ flow cytometers to determine the absolute counts of leucocytes in erythrocyte-lysed whole blood.
