Description
Exposure to a test substance can result in damage to the chromosomes or spindle apparatus of cells. During routine cell division, this type of damage can create a smaller 'micro'-nucleus, apart from the main nucleus.
Each MicroFlow In Vitro-250/50 Kit contains all of the quality-assured supplies & reagents to analyze 250 samples in 96 well plates or 50 samples in larger format plates or flasks. May be used with a variety of attachment and suspension cell lines including L5178Y, CHO-K1, TK6, V79, WIL-2, and HepG2, among others.
