Description
The PBS Wash Buffer (1X) is composed of 140 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 1.8 mM KH2PO4 dissolved in distilled, autoclaved water. The pH has been adjusted to 7.4 using hydrochloric acid.
Preparation And Storage
Store undiluted at 4°C.
