BD Trucount™ Controls
(IVD)

Controls
Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Description
BD TruCOUNT™ Control beads are designed for use with in vitro diagnostic products such as BD TriTEST™ reagents and a suitably equipped flow cytometer for use as a control for certain elements of the absolute counting process. Specifically, a control bead value that is outside the expected range could indicate an error in pipetting or a problem with the value from the Absolute Count Beads. TruCOUNT Control beads are not intended as a substitute for a cellular control. TruCOUNT Controls can be used with the FACS Loader.
Preparation And Storage
TruCOUNT Control beads are sensitive to compensation, specifically in FL2–%FL1. If lyse/no-wash procedures are not employed, care must be taken to ensure FL2 brightness is adequate. Store at 2° to 8°C. Do not use after expiration date on vial.
