Preparation And Storage
The entire BD Mouse Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cell Isolation Kit must be stored in the dark at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
Recommended Assay Procedures
An isotype control should be used at the same concentration as the antibody of interest (e.g., ≤ 1 µg/million cells).
