      Description

      Cell lysis buffer is a convenient, ready-to-use non-ionic detergent based buffer that can be used for solubilizing cells needed for biochemical analysis. It is composed of 10 mM Tris-HCL (pH 7.5), 10 mM NaH2PO4/NaHPO4, 130 mM NaCl, 1% Triton X-100, 10 mM PPi (sodium pyrophosphate) and is sterile filtered.
