In virtual classroom training, an instructor delivers course information through a web conferencing application and hands-on exercises for you to perform in an online lab. The virtual classroom allows you to take a course from anywhere without travel time commitment and expense. The only equipment you need is a computer with an internet connection and a phone.

Requirements
To attend our virtual classroom courses, each student only needs to have a computer, internet access, and a phone.
Our courses are interactive, so we recommend that participants create a good working environment for the course.
- Find a quiet space or office away from noise and distractions so you can participate freely. If possible, work from home during the class.
- Make your space as comfortable as possible. Make sure that you can reach both the phone and computer comfortably.
- Let your co-workers know that you are taking an online class and will be unavailable during the class time.
Get Ready for Your Course
To prepare for your first virtual classroom course, you should verify that your computer system has the necessary software to connect to the virtual classroom prior to the start of class. This just takes a few minutes. Simply log on to the WebEx site to ensure you have all necessary software installed on the computer that you will use during the course.
