BD Cycletest™ Plus DNA Reagent Kit

The CycleTEST PLUS DNA Reagent Kit provides a set of reagents for isolating and staining cell nuclei from surplus fresh or frozen solid tissue specimens or cell suspensions. Flow cytometric analysis of differentially stained normal and tumor cells is used in research to identify abnormal DNA stemlines and to estimate the DNA index (DI) and cell-cycle phase distributions of these stemlines. The CycleTEST PLUS DNA Reagent Kit is designed for use with the DNA QC Particles (Cat. No. 349523) in the DNA System for Flow Cytometry.
