Description
A three-color reagent kit for determining the absolute count of CD34+ cells in human peripheral blood samples, mobilized peripheral blood samples, and leukapheresis samples. These reagent combinations also provide a total nucleated cell count and a total CD45 (leucocyte) cell count. This kit is designed for use in the BD Procount progenitor cell enumeration system.
