BD FastImmune Cytokine System

The BD FastImmune™ Cytokine System is designed for the rapid analysis of human lymphocyte activation and the sensitive detection of intracellular cytokines by flow cytometry. With new CD4 intracellular cytokine detection kits, the method has been streamlined further and preparation time is diminished since the reagents you need are included and ready to use.

Intracellular cytokine measurements in response to antigen activation have been used in studies of autoimmune disease, HIV and tumor vaccine development, allergy, and viral and infectious diseases.

The BD FastImmune Cytokine System has multiple benefits over other assays for measuring cytokines at the cellular level.

• Multiparameter information

  Cytokine measurements, functional characteristics, and phenotyping details from a single sample

• Whole blood method

  Minimal sample manipulation and maintenance of the in vivo environment

• Results in hours not days

NEW Specific Antigen-Activation Intracellular Cytokine Detection Kits

FastImmune Intracellular Cytokine Detection Kits make getting started easier with a simplified protocol, optimized reagents, and open system for the activation antigen of your choice. Each kit provides sufficient reagents to stain 25 stimulated and 25 unstimulated human whole blood samples.

NEW BD FastImmune™ Three-Color Cytokine Reagents

BD FastImmune three-color cytokine reagents can be used alone or in conjunction with a CD4 Intracellular Cytokine Detection Kit for additional cytokine measurements. These reagents have already been optimized to work together, so you don´t have to perform tedious titrations or additional pipeting steps during your assay. CD4 is conjugated to PerCP-Cy5.5 for better discrimination of the CD4 dim population.
