Tris-Mes Buffer, pH 6.8
Add 4.89g (2-[N-Morpholino] ethanesulfonic acid) Hydrate, (Mes),
0.38g Ethylene Glycol - bis (beta-Aminoethylether)-N,N,N',N'-Tetraaceticacid
(EGTA), 0.159g DL-Dithiothreitol (DTT), and 1.86g Potassium Chloride
(KCl) to 350 ml dH2O in a beaker. (Note:The EGTA will
not be in solution at this point). Add Tris-Base until the solution
reaches pH 6.8. Add dH2O to 500 ml, and then add 0.163g
of Sodium Azide. Filter sterilize.

Acetate
Prepare 15mM Zinc Acetate by dissolving 825 mg of Zinc Acetate in
250 ml of de- ionized water. |

35 mM
Ammonium Molybdate in 15 mM Zinc Acetate
Dissolve 2.16g of Ammonium Molybdate in 35 ml of 15mM Zinc Acetate.
Bring pH to 5.0 with HCl dilute, and bring solution to 50 ml with
the 15mM Zinc Acetate. Transfer to a polypropylene container wrapped
with aluminum foil. Store at in the dark, for 1 week only. |

10% Ascorbic Acid at pH 5.
Add 2 grams of ascorbic acid to 15 mls of dH2O. Bring th
pH to 5.0 with dropwise addition of 40% NaOH, and the final volume
to 20mls with dH2O. |
