A variety of microplates suitable for a wide array of assay protocols
The BD Falcon™ 384-well Microplate product line offers a variety of configurations and surface treatments to meet a wide array of assay needs. Products include black with
clear bottom, white with clear bottom, black, white, and clear microplates, available with tissue culture (TC)-treated and non-treated surfaces. The plates may be used on a number of different automated instruments for both cell-based and biochemical assays. The A1 notch location enables easy plate orientation and clear alphanumerics provides better readability.

5,000 MRC-5 cells were seeded on black/clear plates, incubated for 24 hours, then washed and stained with calcein AM for 1 hour. Bars represent mean signal of whole plate (384 wells).
