BD Falcon TufRol Roller Bottles
BD Falcon™ TufRol™ roller bottles are suitable for both automated (e.g., The Automation Partnership (TAP) CellMate) and manual use from research through bioproduct manufacturing.
Sterilized by gamma irradiation and non-pyrogenic, these bottles are manufactured in ISO 9001:2000 registered facilities and meet the current FDA quality system regulation in Chapter 1, Title 21, Section 820 of the Code of USA Federal Regulations.

Manual or automation-friendly design
The one-piece design of BD Falcon roller bottles is designed for use with manual or automated filling systems. Our roller bottles are supplied with easy on/off polyethylene caps designed to prevent misthreading and to provide a secure seal.
Flexible style options
BD Falcon TufRol roller bottles are available with smooth (850 cm2) or expanded (1450 cm2) bottle options, self aligning easy on/off standard or vented caps are also available. The vented cap has an integral hydrophobic 0.2 µm microporous membrane filter vent, allowing consistent gas exchange when the cap is in the closed position.
Custom products for bioproduction
Double-bagged, custom coating, and custom packaging options are available to suit industrial needs. As with all BD Biosciences products, certification is available upon request.
