BD Falcon Pipetter Assurance Program
BD Biosciences is pleased to provide this free maintenance program to help ensure that all BD Falcon™ Pipetters in your laboratory are drip-free and in excellent working condition.Upon registration, you will automatically receive two new rubber inserts for the nosepiece housing of each BD Falcon Pipetter in your laboratory at the beginning of every calendar year. The rubber insert is responsible for forming the contact seal between the BD Falcon pipetter nosepiece housing and the pipet itself. These inserts can wear and become inflexible with use. Routine replacement ensures a secure seal. We recommend replacing them every six months.
Graduation Alignment System
Unlike other pipetters, only the BD Falcon Express Pipet-Aid offers a graduation alignment system. Simply line up the mark on the nose-piece of the BD Falcon Express Pipet-Aid with a similar mark found exclusively on BD Falcon serological pipet to easily see the graduation marks on BD Falcon pipets. This allows you to reproducibly measure and dispense your fluids when you’re working in the hood.
