Effect of BD BioCoat™ PDL on Cortical Neurons

Mixed culture of cortical neurons and astrocytes cultured on BD BioCoat PDL cultureware. Neurons are highly branched with very long processes. Astrocytes show similar process elongation.

BD Primaria™

The incorporation of nitrogen-containing cations has been correlated to attachment and spreading of primary endothelial cells in a clonal cell-growth assay(1). The complex surface on BD Primaria Cultureware is homogeneous and stable and has been in use by researchers for over a decade to improve attachment and differentiation of a variety of cell types.
